Learned about gypsy rigs the hard way….

They still think the money is coming through and I’ve been ghosting them. I’ve already reported them to law enforcement, crime stoppers, news, city and attorney general. I’m also looking into fraud attorneys in the event they try to come at me legally (which I doubt). I also contacted a legit asphalt company to finish the work and check the job.

Sheriff doesn’t seem interested in hunting them down. Now I’m stuck waiting to see if the show up on my property to trespass them.

I’m a bit spooked since they got pretty aggressive which set up the red flags to look for the scam. Is there anything else I should do/be worried about?
