r/Scams – Is the job I applied to a scam?

I (20M) applied to a remote job selling insurance. I’m supposed to go through a training course then get licensed through the state and then start buying leads and make commission. Is this too good to be true? The agency is the Rick Helm Agency. I also believe that they are under Symmetry or something along those lines.
