  1. My parrot lovers!! Let me know if you watched this entire video by time stamping your fav answer or part!! I love to see who my intelligent sniffers are! If you want some new fun content…follow us on Tik Tok, we have just put up some really funny videos there if I do say so myself!! LOL @marlenemccohen

  2. I have an adopted African Grey as well. I adopted her from a rescue here in Ohio earlier this summer. When I took her to the vet the first time, we had been told she was a boy bird, but we had her sexed, of course, and guess what…nope, girl! She plucked her tummy feathers as well, and they are coming back in some now. She was in a home with 17 other birds and her owner fell ill and his family surrendered his birds to the rescue, I got a blue & gold macaw about a month and a half later from the same rescue, and he was also from the same home. He has a messed up wing. Would love to send you pics of my fids! I have 2 Sun Conures as well, my first baby was my conure, Mango, and then I was gifted my other conure, Captain Skittles 🙂

  3. Saw Merlin's story from the beginning… well worth watching. Tears running down my cheeks when you actually got him! You were 'his person'… love from Texas

  4. Ok so ima try something what ever emoji comes up for the birds names and the emoji describes them a bit lets see
    Merlin: 🧙‍♂️
    Cody:👔
    Brando: 🕊
    Jersey: 🇯🇪
    Rocky: 🗿
    Vinny: 🍇
    Thai:🇹🇭
    Nelly:🤪
    Monty: 🇲🇪
    Picasso: 🎆
    Leo:🦁

  5. That question asking if: "Merlin & Cody look at you with judgey eyes" cracked me UP! I was just saying that about my African Gr. I said he is always studying me & I'm afraid he is secretly judging 🤨 me as well! LOL. I didn't know that is actually "a thing" with African Grey"s! 💖👍

  6. I Merlin And you Marlène o love african grey because All seems to scare🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and very shy 😊😊😊😊😊😊but very very intelligent and so beautifull i love African grey and i love all parrots but African grey is spécial 🥰🥰🥰 Merlin is beautifull thinks you Marlène for video

  7. Have you thought about teaching at the college near you .. they have a vet program.. I think the vet students could learn a lot from you …

  8. Merlin seems easy to love. I still get a thrill when I think of his story. You and Merlin had a connection @ the rescue place. He's always had love in his heart for George–just waiting to blossom. 'Love it!

  9. About a month ago I rescued an 18 year old grey who was kept in a tiny cage with no interaction all his life. Now he has a huge cage and he likes to stay out all day, he takes food from my hand but he won’t step up. He just lunges. I know it’s early days but I’m hoping that he will soon trust me. He has just started to play with toys so I’m really happy about that.

  10. I wanna know (u2 related) why would my smallest U2 hate some dogs but love others? My mastiff gets chased or she bites at her and my terrier used to get chased and pooped on (ya she’d see him under her wherever and she instantly had to poop) BUT my 2 pups (border collie/Pitt mix & Great Pyrenees/Pitt mix) she LOVES them!!! She “sniffs” them (panting sound – sounds like a dog sniffing), barks at them and with them, screams in excitement when they come inside and tries to call them over

  11. Have you noticed their feet get hot when they need to poop? That’s how we know when to take them…and how we’ve potty trained them

  12. Merlin's a cutie! When you answered the question,"Was it hard to get him out of the cage?" He said,"Of course not."
    Heh heh heh.

  13. What do you mean reg. avicalm etc? Are theyoff the market or did you mean something else? Would u recommend those types of things? I’ve really only heard people recommend NOT using these types of things but I’m desperate. My galah won’t quit plucking and just had two surgeries in one week (popped her first stitches) from underneath wing mutilation. I try to hashtag engage but it doesn’t help.

  14. 08:07: Is that Cody in the background? Doesn't look like Merlin to me…I'll wait and see…sure it will become clear
